Duties, but not limited to: To ensure that all customer deliveries between terminals, customers and depots are executed in accordance with the cartage schedule duties and responsibilities Customer Care – Confirm receipt of delivery instruction. Ensure client receives regular updates on delivery progress, provide feedback where applicable and assist in making contingency plans when service delivery failure. Discuss operational concerns with senior controller Print CTO’s from captured instruction. All delivery dates and times to reflect accordingly Check with cartage on delivery date and time and confirm this to client, any deviations to be confirmed with client. Check cartage plan to ensure all deliveries are planned. Check with client on last turn in day to avoid demurrage or any additional charges Check export stacks to avoid late turn in of export units and check with depots to ensure releases has been received. Check rates are accurately updated on CCTS for clients. Assist admin controller on checking pod’s and saving on share drive. Requirements: Applicant must have cross border transport experience on all procedures and operations Min 5 year’s experience in transport and freight environment.
