The successful candidate will need to possess the following;  

• Matric
• Very well spoken and customer service focused  
• Extremely reliable and dependable 
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook proficient (will be trained on the in house  company system) 
• Three plus years of experience in a fast past, customer focused call centre setting 
• Attention to detail, very strong customer se5vice focus and perseverance extremely important
• Have excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen to customers    
• Have problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take initiative as well as work independently 
• Must have strong, bilingual verbal  and writing skills

Compensation/benefits; R15,500 with benefits and incentives with performance bonus year end
