Job description
Purpose of the Role
To ensure that all calls and queries received from Customers are handled in line with our values and our purpose of shifting lives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Receive calls and walk in customers and action the client’s (customers) request
- Receive correspondence enquiries, contact customer ,as per guidelines
- Transfer cancellation calls to Outbound/Retentions team
- Receive claim calls, ask claim questions and send claim form to the customer.
- Receive refund request calls, obtain all details regarding refund and send through to the administration team for processing
- Reduce call backs to customers
- Consciously manage paper usage in your area of work
- Contact with customer in line with principles
- Provide regular feedback regarding strategic partner issue
