Who are we?

Sexy Socks is one of Cape Town’s original sock brands and we have played an integral role in driving and shaping the sock movement in South Africa.  More importantly, we are also at the forefront of for-profit businesses that use business as a force for change in our community.

Why are we hiring?

We are looking for a vivacious, energetic, bubbly and relationship oriented individual to join our team.  We are about to launch an innovative new business model, and a big part of your job will be to champion the model and drive its success. 

This is a half day job with flexible hours (within reason), based in the office, and has no travel requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and driving the roll out of our new sales model
• Forging strong and lasting relationships with all of our customers, and making sure that we are doing everything we can to support their success.  This will be done primarily over the phone.
• Analysing our sales data and using this data to improve the success of each of our customers
• Liaising with our sales team

What are we looking for?

• Bubbly extravert with good attention to detail
• Self-starter
• Highly efficient and organized
• Great communication skills
• Excellent command of the English language, and ideally fluent in another language (but this is a bonus and by no means a necessity)
• Good at working with systems and decent excel knowledge

What is in it for me?

• This is a half day job, with room to grow into a full-time position
• Salary: R7 000 – R9 000
