Customer Service Advisor Needed
The job:
Customer Service Advisors will manage the on boarding process for new customers to the business, to ensure a smooth transition, and an excellent service is provided. Advisors are responsible for ensuring products are set up correctly, customers are aware, and happy regarding products taken, and that first re-payments are made. The role involves managing existing customer accounts and deal with a wide range of account queries.
Working Hours – 9am to 5pm – Monday to Friday.
