Job description
We’re looking for multi-tasking, skilled agents with excellent communication skills to join our team as a customer support consultant at our offices in Westlake. Your main task will be to contact existing customers to schedule appointments for our technical support team.
- Training will be given.
- Working hours are from Monday to Friday – 08:30 AM to 17:00 PM
- Immediate availability is highly advantageous

Requirements
- Customer service excellence
- Minimum of six months customer service experience within a call centre environment
- Tech-savvy with accurate typing skills
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Clear criminal record
