Customer Service Clerk
To establish positive relations with customers, members of staff through effective and efficient service delivery. Must have 1/2 years customer service experience and proven customer service performance record. Experience in healthcare would be advantages. Excellent written and communication skills, Computer skills ACCPAC, Windows, Excel, word. Good telephone skills, Able to work under pressure and have the ‘can do” attitude. Duties include : handle all customer orders, Maintain ISO standards in administration, handle back orders, Price lists, Customer queries, All Quotes and all follow ups. Maintain good time management, Prepare reports and Correspondence. Company offers basic + benefits. Salary on offer is also pending experience.
