Job description
Opportunity for a data warehouse / BI consultant with a leading global tech firm.
Looking for candidates with strong knowledge of data warehousing principles i.e Kimball / Inmon, etc…, highly skilled in the use of SQL Server, T-SQL, MDX, DAX, SSIS, SSRS and SSAS Candidates with PowerBI experience considered favorably.
Requirements
- Relevant three-year degree/diploma in IT/computer science or similar
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications such as MCSA / MCSE – business intelligence (non-essential / highly advantageous)
- Three+ years’ experience in a BI development role with strong focus on Data warehouse design and development
- Highly Skilled in technologies/tools such as – SQL Server, T-SQL, MDX, DAX, SSIS, SSAS and SSRS
- Well versed in Kimball / Inmon methodologies
Reference number for this position is CN38007 which is a permanent position based in Johannesburg north offering a salary between R480,000 – R540,000 per annum negotiable on experience.
