Job description

• Managing communication between the client and the design/development teams
• Assisting the creation of client proposals/cost estimates as part of the sales pitching process
• Responsibility for multiple clients, retention and care
• Deployment and management of internal team tasks and jobs
• Proactively up-selling additional digital services to your clients
• Ensure all client jobs are in place, client invoices are prepared and that pricing is captured correctly
• Communicate client feedback in a positive manner with fellow employees and ensure tasks are completed in time
