Job description:
- This position is an account management position reporting directly to the Account Director.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various web/mobile/CRM based projects, accountable for client liaison, maintaining relationships with the client on a client service level, campaign development and management.
- Project management of client accounts all facets of client service and the delivery of agency services in an efficient and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Administering all day-to-day activities.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensure a smooth and timeous workflow of activities directed at the client.
- Coordinate and manage all agency services to the client.
- Write status reports for each account.
- Work closely and provide support to the Account Director.
- Work with other departments to ascertain timetables, pursue estimate approval and follow the project through actual production and final presentation.
- Effective and accurate financial management of projects.
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills essential.
- Understanding or working knowledge of WordPress platforms.
- Understanding and working knowledge of bulk email and SMS platforms.
- Broad understanding of new technology and the application of it to the creative process.
- Ability to review campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Marketing or communications degree preferable.
- Some basic HTML understanding.
- Google Analytics and tag manager working knowledge.
- An eye for what works in user experience.
- Minimum two and a half years’ experience in a digital agency environment essential.
- Must have a very strong technical understanding.
- Broad understanding of all communication disciplines – CRM, BTL, ATL.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint essential.
- Drivers licence and own car.
