Responsibilities and duties:

• Ability to work under pressure, highly adaptable, motivated and solution-orientated
• Good interpersonal skills and foster good relations with suppliers, colleagues and clients
• Good negotiation skills and familiar with industry rates and standards and the ability to manage project risks
• Confidently scope creative executions based on budget and timings
• Project management and multi-tasking skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills and efficiency orientated
• Well versed in executing campaigns across multiple platforms with a specific focus on digital, social, stills and content production.
• The ability to think in an integrated manner and consider all elements of the campaign eco-system and how best to deliver on them
• Well versed in the specifications, formats and requirements for digital content
• Up to date with all key platforms ie: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, etc. to ensure you are across all updates, best practice and trends within these platforms and understand how best to facilitate award-winning work
• Have the ability to think outside the box, take initiative and find smarter, more cost and time-efficient ways to deliver for digital
• Ability to manage the post-production process

Experience:

• A degree in film production, advertising, digital or broadcast production advantageous
• Minimum of three to five years’ experience as a producer in an advertising agency or production house, a proven track record of delivering digital specific briefs preferable
• TV, radio, stills, AV, content and art buying experience
• Chase Software
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of stock photography, on-camera usages, music library sites, etc.
