Mark1 is a digital media and digital creative agency.

We are running a three month paid internship in our Creative Department – Mark1 Labs. This internship programme will allow you to get first-hand exposure in the digital media industry from a creative perspective.

The internship programme includes:

• Creating various online content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc)
• Creating digital content for a wide array of brands and sectors
• Learning more about design thinking, theory, conceptualisation, time management and UI/UX
• Exposure to copywriting for digital media
• Exposure in brainstorm sessions to help the team reach objectives
• Exposure to the conceptualisation of a creative brief and guidance on creating a modern design from it
• Exposure to Ad hoc design requirements

There is potential for this internship to be extended and lead to a permanent position within Mark1.

Requirements

Degree/diploma in design or similar

Advantageous but not limited to

• Front-end web design knowledge, such as WordPress or something similar
• Writing and communication skills
• Additional Adobe software

Personal skills/attributes

• Positive attitude
• Works well under pressure
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and handle changing priorities
• Time management skills
• Task management skills
• Attention to detail and aware of the latest design trends
• Good communication skills and be a team player
