If you’re a hard-working, reliable, dedicated and deadline driven individual with sales experience then Volt Africa is looking for you. We are looking in both field and telesales environments.

You’ll be working in a fast paced outbound sales environment selling digital solutions across multi-media platforms where you’ll need to identify potential customers and build sustainable relationships

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting sales targets and set KPIs
• Liaising at all levels of the business environment
• Developing, executing, and managing sales within the advertising environment 
• Preparing and presenting proposals to clients as and when required
• Gathering market intelligence where possible to better assist clients with their needs
• Ensuring that your product knowledge is up to standard
• Building and sustaining client relationships so that market share is maintained
• Operating as part of a team and also have the ability to work independently

You need to meet the following criteria:

• Fluent in English (Written and Verbal)
• Have customer care and service-oriented mindset
• Be in possession of a matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• Have at least two years of media and digital sales experience
• Have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and new business development
• Ability to write good proposals and be able to articulate well to clients
• Be able to multitask, set priorities and effective time management skills
• Have strong administration skills
• Have good interpersonal skills and be a team player
• Be energetic, creative and critical thinker with a sales-driven mindset
