Community Media Trust (CMT) is a not-for-profit organisation that has produced HIV/Aids and related public health education material and implemented community level programmes since 1998.

CMT seeks to employ for a Fixed Period (till the end of September 2019) a suitably qualified/experienced enrolled nurse to oversee the implementation of community based Adherence Clubs throughout the district.

 Key duties and responsibilities: (may include but are not limited to)

•  Liaise with and support other staff members/ partners with the establishment of Adherence Clubs
• Monthly reporting on all established Clubs in line with identified data requirements
• Ensure Adherence Clubs run smoothly and efficiently;
• Staff Management – manage supervise, mentor and support staff working on the Community Adherence Clubs project;
• Review Adherence Club register tally sheet
• Reach targets across programmes
• Participate in quality improvement and assurance initiatives

Requirements

• Three years’ experience working in Public Health in the field of HIV/Aids
• Nursing certificate
• Registered with the SANC as an Enrolled Nurse
• Understanding of HIV and TB clinical and treatment guidelines and protocols for adults and children
• Must have a Valid Drivers Licence (Code Eight)
