Position: Divisional Bakery Specialist. Areas: Welkom Minimum Requirements.
Matric (Grade 12).
Chef qualification.
5 years of bakery manager experience
Communication (Verbal and written)
Analytical thinking.
Customer Focus
Drive for quality and cost.
Leading and Motivating Others
Knowledgeable in MS Office
Execute the production plan and meet productivity, shrinkage and sales targets.
Reports, daily, monthly and yearly.
Stock control.
Plan production and produce sufficient products for sale to meet quality and quantity requirements of customers.
Manage stock needed for production as well as shrinkage and wastage.
Implement food health, hygiene, and safety standards
Train staff and direct their day-to-day work
Implement new recipes.
Valid driver’s license
Clear criminal record Salary: Negotiable (depending on qualification and experience)
