Job description

• Assist with the Fashion Ecommerce sales channel, within the support structures and quality parameters of a reputable fashion company.
• Coordinate ecommerce activities from product selection till delivery of merchandise to the customer.
• Influence and contribute to online/ecommerce sales channel strategy.
• Act as primary point of contact for online customers, answering phone and email enquiries, resolving complaints and processing orders in an efficient and timely manner.
• Managing product information workflow ensuring all products are launched accurately & on time in accordance with the range plan and promotional calendar.
• Monitor the site daily to make sure all products are merchandised correctly.
• Manage daily and weekly sales reporting.
• Complete all general ecommerce administrative duties.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be/have:

• Ability to cope with pressure, work to tight deadlines and multi-task.
• Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills,
• Computer literate, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Web 2.0/ Social Media etc
• Efficient in time management, with a strong ability to prioritise and control work flows
• Very organised with excellent administration skills
• High energy levels
• Excellent English written/verbal communication skills
• Confident individual with good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Solution-driven with a go-getting can-do attitude (show initiative)
• Willingness to travel, if required
• A valid driver’s license and own transport
• An energetic, team player with an Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Passion for ecommerce fashion retail.

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a multi-coordination role, working with cross functional teams, preferably in Ecommerce.
• Minimum Educational level: Grade 12
