As part of addressing the ageing workforce in the Eastern Cape Department of Education HRD has embarked in training of middle managers on Advanced Management Development Programme. This programme has been designed for middle managers and prepares them for the challenges of Senior Management Services.

The National School of Government will be facilitating this program.

Structure of the programme:

• 1. Strategic Management
• 2. Mastering Management
• 3. Integrating the people factor

After successful completion of the programme, participants will receive a certificate of competence issued by the relevant University and NSG. Successful participants will be granted credit for some modules of the B Admin and B Admin Honours Degree from partner Universities.

Duration: AMDP is organised into 3 blocks of 5 days.
