YOUR EXPERIENCE MUST INCORPORATE THE FOLLOWING:

*Have a Degree in Engineering / BTech ( ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING)
*Experienced in Mechanical equipment.
*Have a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in the Manufacturing Industry, of which 3-4 years a similar management position or higher.
*PLC experience (fault finding, basic programming – Siemens Controllers)Knowledge and understanding of business principles.
*Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and industrial automation.
*Production/manufacturing from the raw material stage through to end product.
*Proven track record in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team.
*Industrial Relations experience.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

*Managing the Manufacturing process in order to meet business and customer requirements.
*Continuous Improvement & implementing a program whereby identified KPI’s are met and opportunities to improve are identified, prioritized, resourced and executed.
*Ensuring that Maintenance best practices are implemented and strictly adhered too, in conjunction with the site based engineering team.
*Compiling and motivating plant-specific Budgets, both Operational and Capital Expenditure.
*Compiling and timely submission of reports and relevant documentation in line with business requirements.
