President Jacob Zuma was expected to address the nation on Wednesday.
The ANC’s National Executive Committee has asked him to leave office.
It’s not known if the President will give in to his party’s wishes.
He’s asked the ANC to give him more time in office. The NEC refused.
He says he’ll respond to a letter from the NEC in public.
ANC chairperson Gwede Mantashe has warned the president that he’ll face tough consequences if he clings to power.
