CAPE TOWN – Chief Justice, Mogoeng Mogoeng has been asked to speak about judicial overreach at the Cape Town Press Club on Wednesday. 

This week, the North Gauteng High Court hears the President’s application to set aside the Public Protector’s order that an inquiry be held into state capture.
