BitCo seeks to employ a vibrant and dynamic individual to join their sales team.

This role requires experience in best practices in leadership, negotiation and communication skills. A collaborative, open-minded, team-oriented approach is critical. 

• Achieving agreed set target
• Sourcing new business/generating own leads
• Capturing own leads onto ERP
• Generating quotations using the BitCo configurators
• Managing all leads and opportunities on ERP
• Attending all meetings scheduled by internal sales
• Facilitating line of site surveys (LOS) with sales administration              
• Submitting accurate and complete paperwork for all orders to sales administration
• Any other tasks or reports required by the sales manager

Senior sales responsibilities:

• Enhances sales staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions
• Answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members
• Teaching improved processes
• Mentoring team members

Requirements

• Matric/grade 12
• Relevant qualification and experience
• Ability to deal with high-end corporate clients
• Excellent personal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills, time management
• Well-spoken
• Professional/presentable
