Overall objective of the position: Amadwala Construction. Well-rounded civil works (Roads, Water Ratification, Sewer, Concrete Works, Building and Mechanical) Estimator that has great site experience and a mind for costing and pricing to ensure detailed tenders and help grow the firm in landing projects. Job out puts: Analyzing information, estimating, planning, reporting and research results for tenders relating to all Roads, Water Ratification, Sewer, Concrete Works, Building and Mechanical works. Ensure all standards are met and that clients’ requirements have been implemented. Attend on-site pre-bid / proposal conferences and site visits. Present cost estimates to meet Employers’ requirements. Provide consideration for general and special conditions. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare detailed accurate material, labour, equipment, subcontracts, construction facilities, etc. estimates. Min Requirements: Matric, BEng / BSc / BTech in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying qualification,Valid unendorsed driver’s license, Proficient with MS Project and MS Office applications as well as advanced Proficiency in CCS estimating and planning modules.
