Events Office & Admin Manager
We are requiring a systematic, highly organised peopleâs person with minimum 10 years administration experience to manage and organise all client requests, quotations and co-ordinating merchandise for various events.
Requirements
Matric, tertiary education advantageous
Own Vehicle and Driver’s license
Min 10 years strong administration background
Experience managing a busy client portfolio
Ability to multi-task and run a busy desk
Highly organised
Experience working on a MAC advantageous
Duties
Dealing face to face with clients according to their individual requirements
Quotations and Invoices
Procurement of necessary merchandise when required
Organisation of all stock in store
Administration of outgoing and incoming stock items
Ensuring the process required by the client is followed from A-Z systematically
Administering of emails
Handling cash and EFT payments
Drafting Budgets
Managing income and expenditure
Following administration processes to a T
General administration required within the organisation
All ad-hoc requirements which could be menial tasks or management tasks
Salary: R dependent on experience
