One to One Africa seeks to appoint a Nurse Supervisor for its Enable Programme based in Nyandeni Municipality, Eastern Cape. The Enable Nurse Supervisor is a community-based health worker who is responsible for managing a group of approximately 30 Mentor Mothers (MMs), and supporting the programme with his/her clinical knowledge. The role is primarily field-based, and involves walking house-to-house through difficult terrain on a daily basis to provide Mentor Mothers with support, supervision, and guidance, as well as identifying serious cases to be referred to local clinics and/or hospitals. Passion for outreach and community development work, as well as promoting maternal and child health, is a key requirement for the role. Responsibilities • Conducting daily home visits with Mentor Mothers.
• Completing daily visit forms and 2-week visit forms.
• Completing monthly folder reporting forms for Mentor Mothers.
• Keep daily record of expenses, including transport costs.
• Submit monthly reports to the Programme Manager.
• Conduct monthly folder assessments
• Mediate conflict. Requirements
Knowledge and experience .
• Qualified staff/enrolled nurse;
• Experience with outreach work and community based care;
• Experience working in a rural context;
• Strong knowledge of maternal and child health topics;

Reporting to the Stock Manager the key responsibilities of the Stock Team Leader include:
- Lead and motivate team of Stock officers by setting targets and objectively measuring performance providing regular reviews, feedback and coaching as required to develop a successful “can do” attitude
- Ensure that the stock is recorded and held in line with company policies
- Ensure all stock related data is captured and reported in a timely and accurate manner
- Completion of necessary process controls and quality documented records
- Root cause analysis of stock loss and customer credits
- Work towards the goals alongside another Stock Team Leader with “one team” attitude to ensure strong teamwork and communication
The Ideal candidate will require the following skills:
- Matric Certification
- Five to eight+ years’ Stock Team Leader experience in a busy, fast paced warehouse environment
