Must have a valid driver’s license with previous hospitality experience in a Duty Management position, preferable in a lodge or hotel. Must be able to interact with guests, staff, suppliers and other relevant parties. Must be reliable, self-reliant and honest. Able to work without supervision and be good with controls (including stock). The position will entail looking after day safari visitors including setting up for lunch; co-ordinating activities and controlling stock. This is a single live in position, ideally suited for single applicants with no dependents.
