Job description
A top retail development house has a requirement for intermediate Java developers with natural abilities to manage and relate to technology in an evolving space. Working with a team of superhero’s who run circles around villains, getting involved in building on the latest version of Java and Spring. You will be working with partners based in the UK as well as South Africa, but your main focus will be the UK clients.

Intermediate Oracle functional analyst required for SA’s top bank. This is an amazing opportunity to support a go-live project within an Oracle Financials Datawarehouse. This is a fun, challenging, flexible, and rewarding work environment; suited to someone with solid experience in General Ledger.
Knowledge and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Oracle Certifications or similar
- Four+ years’ Oracle Financials experience with essential exposure in General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Receivables, and Accounts Payables
- Must have completed one full life cycle implementation (SDLC)
- A good understanding of solutions design is a big plus!
- Experience in integration
- Experience working in an agile work environment is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Production support after go-live
- Serve as functional analyst/subject matter expert for new implementations or upgrades
- Gather and assess requirements and assist with translation into optimal solutions
- Perform functionality gap analysis and solution design
- Develop functional specifications for extensions, integrations and data migrations
- Develop test plans/scripts and manage system testing

Job description
Calling account managers who have a hunger to learn and grow! Ideally, you have a qualification in marketing and communications and experience preferred in a digital and/or TTL agency.
We are looking for aspiring and established account managers to join our team. A qualification aligned to marketing, media and communications with experience ranging from one to five years of being considered for the roles ranging from account executive to senior account manager.
Reporting to the account director, the account manager will be responsible for the following;
Client relationships
- Day to day management of multiple client relationships
- Working with clients on new and existing briefs

Project management
- Writing briefs and ensuring that these are delivered against
- Daily management of projects, both internally and externally, within budgets and timelines
Financial management

Reporting
- Interpreting insight tools
- Completion of all monthly and campaign reporting
- Liaising and driving third-party agencies to ensure timeous submission of reporting to client
- Ensuring necessary reports are complete, checked and approved before being sent to client
Strategy
- Proactively researches industry trends and brand knowledge to increase strategic understanding of client brands
- Identifying strategic opportunities to drive revenue
- Contributing to the development of Digital/TTL plans, aligned with client strategy
Requirements
- 1 – 5 years client service experience in an agency environment, preferably digital
- Experience in Marketing
- Relevant tertiary qualification, aligned to Marketing, Media, Communications.
- Broad understanding of BTL, ATL, TTL, Digital and new technology in marketing
- Able to review campaign results, identify improvements
- Understanding of digital platforms and technologies
- Good project management skills

Sweet Potato Bowl with Blueberries
Step 1
Prick sweet potatoes all over with a fork, and microwave on high until tender, about 8 minutes, turning potatoes over every 2 minutes. Let stand until cool enough to handle, about 10 minutes. Peel and discard skins.
Step 2
Place sweet potatoes, almond butter, almond milk, ginger, and salt in a food processor.Process until smooth, about 20 seconds. Spoon sweet potato mixture evenly into 4 bowls, and top with blueberries, toasted coconut, and, if desired, coconut cream. Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled.
