TTRO has formed a production unit called Barking Mad Productions to produce madly creative videos for a variety of clients across the corporate, commercial and edutainment sectors. Freelance videographers, editors and sound engineers are required for Barking Mad’s books!
We are building a database of freelancers for the various productions we’ll be doing over the course of the next year. We’re vetting freelancers via CV, showreel and interview. Once selected, you’ll enter a one-year work contract with us in which we mutually agree on a working relationship with you as independent contractors, including your fixed rates for the year, how many hours we can expect you to work per day on a production, etc. After this, we will add you to our crew list and call on you for freelance work as and when needed.

- Familiarity with e-learning content is a bonus
It is preferable that the applicant has their own gear / suite with up-to-date licences. We work with predominantly Adobe software in a Windows environment.
Software:
- Offline/story editors: Adobe Prelude, Premiere Pro, Encoder
- Online editors and/or colourists: After Effects, Da Vinci
- Motion graphic designers and/or animators: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D (other animation software welcome)
- Windows operated PCs preferred to avoid format problem, but not an absolute requirement

- Photographers (Mid – Snr: Experienced directing models/presenters for best visual results, event photography, knowledgeable about various lenses and complex lighting setups)
- DPs, camera operators, camera assistants (Mid-Snr, depending on role: Directing models/presenters for best visual results, working with directors to prepare shot lists and storyboards, knowledgeable about various lenses and complex lighting setups, camera rigs for movement, managing assistants where appropriate, assisting DP at various levels where appropriate)
- Videographers (Jnr – Mid: Comfortable directing interviewees/presenters, setting up basic three-point lighting, recording and monitoring audio while filming)
- Art directors (Jnr – Snr)
- Wardrobe and styling artists (Jnr – Mid)
- Hair and make-up artists (Jnr – Mid)
- DITs (Mid)
- Data wranglers (Jnr)
- Offline / story editing (Jnr – Mid)
- Colourist (Jnr – Mid)
