CMT wishes to appoint a suitably qualified/experienced facilitator. Applicants must reside in Durban. We are looking for a facilitator with a minimum of two years’ facilitation experience and a traceable track record. Due to the unique nature of business suitably qualified NON-South African (Malawi, Zambia and Mozambique) females are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Facilitate and participate in training sessions
Oversee and manage Mentors who are running the girls clubs
Managing discussions on sensitive topics in an inclusive manner
Collecting and monitoring data as needed
Referring participants to appropriate services as needed
Attend regular project and stakeholder meetings
