Our client, a language school in Cape Town offering English, Afrikaans and Xhosa classes to international clients, wishes to recruit a German speaking front-desk officer to join their dynamic team. The right candidate will be responsible for administration and coordination of daily incoming tasks. Key responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries via email and telephone, provide additional information on courses etc.
- Book accommodation and tours for our clients
- Invoicing
- Coordinate courses and outings
- Set up meetings and write minutes
- Deal with queries
Qualifications and experience:
- Matric
- Minimum one year of general office management experience or similar
Key competencies:
- Excellent German and English language skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literate and solid knowledge of MS Office package
- Vibrant, motivated, flexible, and independent personality
- Friendly, assertive and enjoying communication with people from all over the world
