Two years’ experience as a store manager will be advantageous.
The position requires the candidate to have retail experience in women’s fashion, a flair for visual merchandising, and a good head for figures and administration.
Duties:
Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets
Controlling expenses
Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the company standard
People management, including recruitment, development and training of staff, employee relations, performance management
Executing in-store merchandise strategy and standards
Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or a related field
Current Oracle certified professional (OCP) certification (essential)
Five+ years of business/systems analysis experience and experience within relevant ERP systems
Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Database and SQL Server
Demonstrated proficiency in configuration and functional set up for ERP systems
Ability to gather information for, create and generate business unit and enterprise-wide reports using reporting technologies
Demonstrated experience in developing business solutions
Ability to work with Unix/Linux based operating system commands
Responsibilities:
To assist the business analysts in the development of new business processes and assist with the writing of customisations to enable these processes to work
To develop the interfaces required to integrate ERPs to customers and suppliers via EDI, B2B and other web services
To investigate new integration and backend software and maintain a reliable and smooth running operations environment
To also collaborate with the DBAs in keeping the systems running optimally
Develop system and report enhancements, and customised systems
Import data and conduct data fixes where required
Liaise with business analysts and database administrators in regard to the business and technical requirements
Perform system tests internally and with users
