Job description
HelloFCB is seeking an experienced traffic manager, who will be responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial aspects of campaigns and projects. You will be required to work closely with the studio manager to ensure the smooth flow of all work in the system, producing timing plans, setting up reviews, managing the creative’s time via the work schedule and their diary including the sign-off process, working closely with the account managers/executives to lead and manage the progress of each of the agency’s accounts.
You will:
- Co-ordinate jobs from brief to delivery effectively
- Follow-up of jobs routinely
- Produce timing plans
- Schedule creative briefings, reviews and client service/strategic reviews
- Manage the creative’s time via electronic diary and monthly schedule
- Manage the sign-off process efficiently
- Manage the repro process
- Coordinate jobs between the different business units within the Agency
- Interaction with print, TV, art buying and radio production where necessary
- Before commencement of a job raise creative cost estimates on non-retainer clients for advance approval
- Check closing/billing of all jobs in the system
- Update job status schedules
- Attend all inter-agency weekly status meetings
Requirements
You have:
- Relevant degree/diploma
- Minimum three to five years’ relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to maintain good relationships with clients and team members; strong interpersonal skills is a must
- The ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good analysis and interpretation and great excel skills
- Planning and organisational/document management skills

- Pro-active, two-steps ahead attitude, motivated and eager to learn
- Solution driven and a great problem solver
