Williams was wearing a black miniskirt, orange top and brown sandals at the time of her disappearance.

Cape Town –England pace bowler James Anderson will miss the final two Tests in South Africa after suffering a rib injury during their dramatic victory in Cape Town.
Anderson sustained the problem on the final day of the second Test and MRI scans on Wednesday confirmed he won’t be back in action until after the current tour.
It is a bitter blow for the 37-year-old, who was just two games into his comeback following the calf injury he endured in last summer’s Ashes series.
Anderson, England’s record Test wicket taker, spent almost five months working back to full fitness and showed signs of being back to his best with seven wickets in England’s series-levelling 189-run win.
But he was in visible discomfort on the final day, clutching his side at times and grimacing through two painful overs after tea.
“James Anderson has been ruled out of the remainder of the Test series against South Africa after sustaining a left rib injury in England’s second Test victory at Newlands,” an ECB statement said.
“Anderson felt tightness and discomfort at the end of the morning session on day five and was only able to bowl eight overs during the day. He will return to the UK in the next few days.”
Anderson tweeted: “Frustrating to be missing the rest of this series with a broken rib but hopefully will be healed in a few weeks! Will be supporting the boys from home.”
Anderson’s tally of 584 Test scalps makes him the most prolific seamer in Test history, while his appearance in the Boxing Day Test at Centurion saw him become just the ninth man to win 150 Test caps.
England were already giving consideration to sparing Anderson a thankless job on the spin-friendly pitches during their forthcoming tour of Sri Lanka.
But the issue has been taken out of the selectors’ hands, with a bone-related injury likely to require around two months of recovery work.
With that in mind, Anderson may now focus on getting ready for the English season, with a view to becoming just the fourth man in history to take 600 Test wickets after Muttiah Muralitharan, Shane Warne and Anil Kumble.
Somerset seamer Craig Overton will remain with the group having originally arrived as illness cover, but England should also have pace duo Jofra Archer and Mark Wood back in contention for next week’s third Test at Port Elizabeth.
While the Karoo continues to battle a hard-hitting drought, the sight of a river flowing after recent rains on Wednesday has brought a little bit of joy and relief.
Khulu Phasiwe, communications head at the SA Radio Astronomy Observatory, posted a video on Twitter on Wednesday showing what was once a dried-up river flowing with water following morning rains.
“After a 5-year killer drought, some relief as parts of the Karoo, Northern Cape, receive Summer rains,” Phasiwe said.
“This really makes me feel good. It’s such great news amid the doom and gloom,” tweeted Ismail Lagardien in response.
The South African Weather Service (SAWS) described the rainfall in the central parts of the country on Wednesday “a good amount”.
Among the towns, De Aar in the Northern Cape received 21 mm of rainfall, while Beaufort West in the Western Cape received 11 mm of rainfall, according to the SAWS as of 08:00 on Wednesday.
Pictures on the Great Karoo Facebook page also showed many residents revelling in the recent rains in their area, and the prospect of the renewed hope it brings for the region.
Some were also bracing for further rainfall on Thursday.
People suffering from depression are often desperate for anything to break them out of their debilitating mood disorder.
But in their misery, many might be turning to a risky solution that’s likely to make their condition even worse – marijuana.
Rapidly increasing use
People with depression are twice as likely to be using pot as those who aren’t depressed, researchers reported in the current issue of the journal Addiction.
“Cannabis use has increased rapidly among persons with depression, and this increase has been more rapid than among those without depression,” said senior researcher Renee Goodwin. She’s an adjunct associate professor of epidemiology at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, in New York City.
In 2017, about 19% of people with depression said they had used pot in the last month, compared with about 9% of others, according to an annual government survey on drug use among Americans.
Daily cannabis use occurred in 7% of people with depression compared to 3% of those without the mood disorder, the investigators found.
The researchers said this might be happening because marijuana is gaining a reputation for being harmless.
Increasing legalisation
Depressed people who see no risk linked to regular use of pot are much more likely to use it than those who consider it significantly risky – 39% compared with about 2%, Goodwin said.
“With increasing legalisation in the US, previous studies have shown that perception of risk associated with use is declining overall,” she said. “The results of this study show that this decline is even more rapid among this vulnerable population.”
Experts said the problem is that marijuana’s effects actually are more likely to worsen depression than relieve it.
“We have no evidence whatsoever that marijuana helps in these psychiatric disorders but, nevertheless, people believe it,” said Dr Andrew Saxon, a psychiatrist with the Veterans Affairs Puget Sound Health Care System, in Seattle.
Symptoms of depression that might be heightened by marijuana include lack of motivation, listlessness and isolation as well as a lack of pleasure and interest in things people used to enjoy, said Dr Scott Krakower, assistant unit chief of psychiatry at Zucker Hillside Hospital in Glen Oaks, New York.
“People who are depressed may be more likely to take risks,” Krakower said. “They will go out on a limb hoping this agent may help them.”
Symptoms of withdrawal
Saxon cautioned that this was an observational study, so the exact relationship between depression and marijuana use can’t be fully understood from these findings.
He said it might be that instead of turning to marijuana to relieve depression, cannabis use actually causes depression among typically healthy people.
It also could be that people using pot enough to be dependent on it mistake symptoms of withdrawal as depression, Saxon added. These symptoms might include disturbed sleep, depressed mood or decreased appetite.
Krakower and Saxon said they’re most concerned about depressed teens who might turn to pot to help them.
“There’s no evidence marijuana is good for the teenage brain, and there’s accruing evidence that it’s bad for the teenage brain,” Saxon said. “Depression or not, teens shouldn’t be using marijuana.”
