MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide an efficient and effective personnel service to the branches and regional management within assigned regions.
JOB OBJECTIVES
To ensure maximum utilisation of labour within budget guidelines
To ensure the sound application of industrial relations practices within regions
To ensure sufficient staff at all levels that are adequately trained to meet required competency levels
To ensure the availability of staff as determined by sales demands

PA to CEO (Durban)
Industry leaders in hazardous waste management seek a well organised and diligent PA to perform general PA functions to the CEO. Working hours: 7am – 5pm 1x Saturday a month – 8am – 12pm.
The successful candidate will have skills in independently prioritizing, planning and coordinating, organizing, leading and monitoring multiple organisational tasks of a complex nature simultaneously, and quickly adapting to constant changes in timeframes.
Responsibilities will include setting up meetings, organising flights, accommodation and vehicle hire for CEO or guests (both locally and internationally), viewing emails and efficiently bringing urgent emails to attention and actively following up on lists of things to complete given to others.
Requirements:
- Minimum grade 12 (matric) qualification
- 5-10 years of PA experience to CEO/directors
- Valid drivers’ licence and own car essential
- Sales and customer liaison experience advantageous
- Legal background advantageous
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Pastel Partner
- Exemplary telephone manner including the ability to identify needs, provide prompt response and exercise patience, respect and professionalism in all interactions
