Job description
This role requires you to have a creative mindset conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various brand awareness projects. You will have diverse marketing expertise to manage and execute go-to-market strategies in support of the WNS South African brand.
As a Specialist in Brand Marketing Campaigns, you manage all GTM campaign, focused on building brand awareness through events, brand design, and all marketing related collateral.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with a team of designers globally which requires setting clear goals, managing project loads, ensuring deadlines are met and setting up team members for overall success.
- Guide the team to develop best practices for ensuring a localized brand presence through events and brand awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, solutions, user research and communications to ensure a smooth development process of building the South African brand.
- Roll up your sleeves and contribute as a designer when necessary.
- Assistance with development and execution of customer-centric event marketing campaigns that enhance our reputation and communicate brand value.
- Implement end-to-end brand awareness campaigns that involve planning, design, success measurement and reporting.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or similar Diploma in Marketing, Business or similar, and a demonstrated ability in quantitative fields
- Five+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing including specific experience with demand generation, and multi-channel programs that includes brand awareness, events and collateral development.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Fantastic written and verbal communication
- Good attention to detail, accuracy and creative skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Expert in PowerPoint. Intermediate skills with other design tools.
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented person
- Ability to thrive in an environment of constant change
- Experience working directly with sales people is highly desired
