Executive Chef
Must have tertiary culinary arts training with at least 5 years experience in a senior position in a big hotel or resort. Must have excellent organizational skills, passionate and creative. Great leader, patient and great with training staff. Experience on Micros My Inventory will be beneficial. Will be responsible to oversee the kitchen, including management of staff, menu compiling and stock. Single live in position with accommodation offered on site. liz@lfhr.co.za
