Executive PA (Cape Town)
Our client, specialising in purified drinking water systems is seeking a well-presented executive personal assistant. The function is to assist and give full administrative and secretarial support to the MD and Sales Director.
Behavioural competency
- Executive secretarial/personal assistant experience – non-negotiable
- Excellent communication skills
- A stable track record
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Able to work independently
- Fluent in English
- High levels of motivation and enthusiasm
Duties include the following, but not limited to:
- Maintains trace files, takes minutes of meetings, compiles and distributes them
- Prepares telex and faxes, types and distributes memos for the Executive Office
- Maintains a filing system, an adequate supply of stationery and orders as required
- Types confidential reports and letters, distributes internal mail for CEO and Director of Sales
- Arranges meetings and appointments
- Orders and coordinates travel for CEO and Director of Sales
- Arranges venues, equipment and refreshments for meetings as required by the CEO and Director of Sales
- Diary management
- All administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- B. Comm Degree
- Executive Secretarial experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Clear communication skill
- Excellent MS Office Suite skills and advanced Excel skills
Salary: R18,000
