Must have a formal chef qualification with at least 5 years experience in a similar position in a senior management role. Own transport essential. Strong management experience. Must be able to handle multiple outlets. Will, together with the Reserve Head Chef; develop, implement and monitor the strategic direction and annual plans for the kitchen operations.
