A National Cash Solutions Management Company is seeking to employ an External Sales Consultant in the Free State area

Requirements:  

• 3-5 Years key account management within the Financial / Telecommunications industry
• Experience updating the CRM System
• Cold calling experience is essential
• Must have a valid driver’s license and have own vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Train the client on the current escalation process
• Feedback and quick resolution to customer queries
• Keep the customer appraised of any changes or new product developments and services
• Conduct monthly visits of your current month’s tiers
• Maintain an accurate customer database and call cycle
• Manage the customer expectations and needs
• Manage the customer portfolio allocated to you
