Fabric stores administrator- Isithebe

Our client in the Isithebe area is seeking to employ a store fabric administrator for their Branch.

Requirements:

• Matric
• Fabric stores expereince
• rebate stores experience will be advantageous
• Good communication skills
• Ability to plan and organise daily work
• Ability to work with minimum supervision 
• Syspro expereince managment expereince 
• Must be living in the Isithebe area or near by no relocation candidates will be considered 

Duties:

• Manage fabric stock holding
• Ensure the issue of fabric to the factory 
• Conduct stock take
• Manage a team of six general workers
• Provide feedback on reject stock 
• check and verify all deliveries as well as providing feedback on quality and quantity of deliveries 
• Responsible for all admin duties in the fabric store
• Complete entries in Rebate book and cardex capture all manifests printing of all job cards.
• capture all fabric measuring data on system.
