Our client, a prominent and much respected FMCG market leader, requires an experienced Sales Rep for the Port Shepstone area.

This position will require extensive travel within the region.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric Certificate.
• A minimum of 3 years’ related sales experience in the FMCG market, including the ability to negotiate at store level.
• Valid code 08 driver’s license.
• Highly self-disciplined individual.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Maintaining and developing existing market share.
• Opening new sales avenues within the region in order to achieve sales targets.
• Maintaining a high level of in-store presence across the entire spectrum of the retail market and wholesale channels, with the objective of developing meaningful customer relationships.
• Effectively managing trade returns, credit notes and customer complaints in a cost effective and efficient manner.
