Note : You will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays (days only) and take off 2 days during the week in lieu. This upmarket coffee shop has a vacancy for an experienced FOH manager who must:
•Be able to c.ontrol the serving staff and sort out bottle necks that occur in the kitchen during busy times
•Be skilled in dealing with a selective customer base
•Manage and solve complaints
