National stable corporate growing company is looking for a friendly professional well-presented lady between the ages of 30 – 35 with an interactive personality. Must have own car and avail to start 1 July 2018.
Requirements
Matric
At least 3 years experience in reception & switchboard duties in corporate environment
Valid drivers licence
Stable work record (min 2 yrs)
Excellent telephone etiquette
Interactive personality
Bilingual (English and Afrikaans advantage)
SA Citizen
Duties
Full reception duties
Answering calls for various clients in their company name.
Taking messages and passing it on via e-mail
Assisting clients with copying, scanning and printing
Booking and manage meeting & boardrooms
Stock control – stationary, cleaning goods, refreshments and kitchen stock
Ensuring cleanliness of the entire office space at all times
Manager staff
Assuring and checking that all systems in working order daily
Ensure the smooth running of the offices on a day to day basis
Ensure premises and office space is held at a high standard at all times
