The gig itself:

Effectively it’s a simple job; you will collaboratively conceive of, design and build features for a number of product stacks being supplied across the globe.

You will find yourself in a test driven dev environment aiming at producing high-quality software with as little pain as possible.

The team is established; they’re a cool bunch and especially suited to developers who tend to use less words rather than more.

Reference number for this position is JP45641 which is a permanent position in Johannesburg offering a salary of R55k CTC + bonuses

Requirements

What do we have for you?

• Massive global scale product work
• Bleeding edge technology
• You’d be working for the core product development team
• You’d find yourself building software that you would see is to use by some of the biggest companies in the world
• They’re probably the first dev team in SA that can wear slops to the office but they a serious tech firm with strong structural SDLC

What do you need to bring with you?

• You’ll need at least five years of commercial coding experience
• This job will test your UI/front end skills. It’s going to help you a huge amount if you have worked with Angular before OR Typescript
• Of course, you’ll need CSS 3, HTML 5 and general Javascript skills
• This is a .NET shop, you find yourself working some backend code in C#
• Any Azure knowledge you may have is going to help you get going quickly
