METAL COATINGS AND MECHANICAL COMPONENT REFURBISHING COMPANY REQUIRES A GENERAL MANAGER IN THE CAPE TOWN AREA

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
• 10 years relevant experience within a similar role
• Relevant experience in the metal coating and mechanical refurbishment industry
• Experience in submitting tenders and working with State entities

Skills/ Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Maintain budgets and optimise expenses
• Set policies and processes
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Prepare regular reports for upper management
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
• Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved

Applicants must reside in CAPE TOWN or surrounding area.
