General Manager (hospitality)
Our client, a well known and established hotel along the infamous Wild Coast, is seeking to employee a General Manager to manage their Hotel, to maximize profitability, maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with all relevant Acts.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric or equivalent
- Post graduate qualification advantageous
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Hotel Industry
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role within the Hotel Industry
- Experience with hospitality related computer systems, in particular APEX and KNIGHTSBRIDGE
- Experience with the OHS Act
- Experience with the hospitality industry standards and procedures
- A foreign language such as Dutch or German would be an advantage but not a requirement.
