Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma or Degree (MBA or MDP advantageous)
• At least five to seven years of general management experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Unendorsed driver’s license and passport
• Clear criminal record, qualifications and references/recommendations required
• Must reside in Port Elizabeth area and be willing to travel occasionally
• Previous experience in a Construction environment recommended

• Build and maintain sound processes, procedures and rhythms to known manufacturing standards.
• Maintain and improve the instinct of the business through training and care.
• Overall quality management
• Utilise group resources
• Customer relationship management and expansion of the business
• Measure and report on all relevant aspects of the business.
• Overall general management, incl staff management and training, etc.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
