Frogitt & Vonkel is South Africa’s leading Private Wine Merchants, retailing exclusive and sought-after wines to over 25,000 customers across SA and Namibia.

After 14 years of continuous growth we’re now opening our own Wine Bar and Urban Tasting Centre in a historical building in the heart of Bree Street. It’s set to be unlike anything the Mother City has seen before, with multiple attractions appealing to locals and tourists alike.

We’re seeking to appoint a General Manager (and everyone below that) that can not only run a tight ship, but can lead the vibe and create and maintain a crew of wine loving, enthusiastic, hospitality staff.

Requirements

• Three years’ Bar Management experience
• Ability to interface a new “bricks and mortar” venue with an existing and extremely busy direct-sales company
• A genuine passion for wine and a solid knowledge thereof
