Our client, a desktop publishing company in Cape Town wishes to employ a German speaking Client Liaison Consultant. The suitable candidate will manage all communication between their European clients and the design / production teams, which produce PowerPoint presentations and other business documents.
Key Performance Areas:
&• Being the first point of contact for clients in order to acquire project details and requirements
&• Manage client expectations and negotiate deadlines
&• Responsible for the presentation, as well as consulting with the client regarding slide level advice, layout, story lining and design
&• Briefing the production teams on project requirements
&• Production and quality control of PowerPoint presentations
&• Capacity planning and allocation

Qualifications and Experiences:
&• Matric / Tertiary education
&• Degree and / or Graphical experience (advantageous)
&• Proven experience in a customer service role

Competencies required:
&• Excellent language skills in German (mother tongue) and English
&• Advanced PowerPoint skills
&• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
&• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
&• Shift flexibility and weekend availability
&• Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and willingness to take responsibility
