Our client offers a personalised financial/administrative service for their European in particular German, Austrian, and Swiss clients and for their South African clientele, is looking for a German speaking PA in their Somerset West office.
The company assists in a practical and advisory manner with the day-to-day financial/administrative needs of their clientele, i.e. foreign exchange, long term investments, insurance, bond sourcing and related financial areas.
This vacancy is an opportunity for growth as it entails not only administrative functions, but the candidate could become a consultant/sales representative for the existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of the insurance (esp. the renewals) and of the foreign currency paperwork
- Getting quotes from the insurance companies
- Liaising with the clients and the company’s large partners i.e. the insurance companies
- Scheduling the clients’ transfers
- Marketing assistance
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, plus German or Swiss German
- Matric plus a tertiary financial education in BCom/business administration beneficial only
- Ability to organise and be administrative ‘on-top’ of it
- Secure knowledge of insurance and financial procedures such as banking beneficial only
- Negotiation skills
- Proven computer literacy
