Our client, a Gauteng based company specializing in Online Marketing and related technology services provider, is looking for German speaking Player Development Host to join their team. The right candidate will build strong trust relationships with newly acquired customers and increasing retention activity rates of nominated German VIP Host segment players through targeted personal and focused communication will also be required within this role. The company offers a market related salary package.

Key Performance Areas:

&• Develop and implement strategies for retaining and growing new high value players showing potential to become VIP
&• Manage and build communication and trust with newly acquired potential high-end
&• Liaising with dedicated VIP Support Agents/German Support Agents to achieve top service levels for the target group
&• Track and report on the success of implemented strategies
&• Specific focus on data quality, profile data collation, development of promotions
&• Maintaining the integrity of the player experience within your segment of players using comps, loyalty, gifting and events
&• Devise and implement initiatives to generate revenue and player activity
&• Identify players for investment, intervention or relationship management
&• Share important client information with the VIP Relationship Team
&• Prepare and communicate regular reports to line management

Qualifications and Experiences:

&• Matric
&• 2 – 3 years’ customer care experience
&• Web / eCommerce experience (advantageous)

Competencies required:

&• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
&• Fluent in German (advantageous)
&• Computer literate (specifically MS Office and internet applications) with moderate typing
&• Understanding of CRM best practices
&• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
&• Solid negotiation ability
&• Strong analytical skills
&• Must be deadline and target driven
